"A Sketch of New York"
The Players Theatre, September 2023
Christie loved performing in "A Sketch of New York", an ongoing sketch comedy show about the life and struggles of living in New York, and being an actor in New York. This show was directed by Jo Dinozzi.
"Wrong Side of the Tracks"
The Gallery Players Theatre, New York: January 19th-22nd 2023
Christie had a blast playing Jessalyn in "Wrong Side of the Tracks", written by Vicki Riba Koestler and directed by Justin Braun. The world premier of this short play took place at the Gallery Players' Black Box New Play Festival. This was the first time Christie had performed since her New York showcase!
Working as a Set PA
The Gilded Age Season 2, New York: July- November 2022
After moving to New York, Christie was thrilled to get the opportunity to work as a Set Production Assistant on HBO's "The Gilded Age". This experience helped her learn the ins and outs of working on a tv show set, and had a daily masterclass in acting on camera through watching Christine Baranski, Cynthia Nixon, Carrie Coon, and many more stars at work. Although she is now looking forward to taking some time off to focus on auditioning and taking classes, this experience has been invaluable to her as an actor and human being.
BW BFA Showcase

Much Ado About Nothing
Great Lakes Theater: March 25- April 10, 2022
Christie had a wonderful time understudying Hero and The Third Watch in Much Ado About Nothing at Great Lakes Theater! The show ran March 25-April 10th!
The Modern Prometheus

Christie recently had the pleasure of playing Elizabeth Lavenza in a movement-based adaptation of Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein", at Baldwin Wallace, directed by Sara Whale.
24 Hour Theatre Project
September 2021
This fall, Christie was a writer for the 24 Hour Theatre Project at Baldwin Wallace. At this event, students gather to create multiple 10 minute productions from start to finish in the span of 24 hours. She wrote a piece called "The Knife Dance", in which a man's first date goes horribly awry when his evil step brother seduces his date with his "knife dance". She wrote this play in a couple hours, turned it over to the director, and it was performed the next day.
LAMDA Summer Abroad
Summer 2021
Christie spent this past summer in London studying Shakespeare Acting at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. She spent her mornings in voice and movement classes, where she honed her techniques in Feldenkreist, viewpoints, stage combat, Linklater, social dance, Chekhov, singing for the actor, and more. Her afternoons were filled with rehearsals for showcase and acting classes, with emphasis placed on the Meisner technique. She enjoyed playing Juliet in Romeo and Juliet as well as Doctor Faustus, Beelzebub, and Wagner in Doctor Faustus at showcase! This training has helped her hone her craft and further ignite her passion for Shakespeare. She believes that this transformative training has prepared her to take on the professional acting world.
She Kills Monsters
April 14th-18th 2021
Christie had a blast playing the Narrator and Farrah in Baldwin Wallace Theatre and Dance Department's filmed version of Qui Nguyen's "She Kills Monsters", directed by Keira Mcdonald. This production helped her further develop her stage combat and acting on camera skills.
Troilus and Cressida
April 22- 23 2021
In Spring of 2021, Christie played Cressida and Nestor in Shakespeare's "Troilus and Cressida", directed by Laura Welsh Berg. She was proud to have been a part of this covid safe, outdoor production.
Muses Anonymous
October 29th- November 1st 2020
Christie served as assistant choreographer for "Muses Anonymous", written and directed by Sara Whale. This movement based piece about artistic muses and their inspirations, histories, and relationships was performed in a parking lot at Baldwin Wallace University.
